Primary Responsibilities:


  • Study and analyze all pertinent correspondences, manuals and publications periodically issued by the Aircraft component manufacturers for possible inclusion in the company’s Aircraft Operations Specifications.
  • Study, analyze, and issue instruction on optional, recommended, and mandatory inspections and modifications issued by FAA, EASA, CAAP, airframe manufacturers to meet implementation target.
  • Handle all structural defects outside of the approved manual and coordinate with the manufacturer for the approval of repair proposals or directly request for repair procedure ensuring timely recovery of the aircraft.
  • Assist in the preparation and establishment of a Maintenance Program for Aircraft Structures.
  • Coordinate, evaluate, recommend, design and approve aircraft improvements such as modifications and part upgrade for aircraft structures.
  • Supervise and manage unit projects and aircraft AOG recovery ensuring technical tasks are accomplished and ensure timely recovery.
  • Regularly update Dent & Buckle chart of all aircraft, ensuring all repairs and defects are captured and monitored.
  • Provide technical clarifications to support cost optimization, contract negotiation, retrofitting projects and all other technical queries to support the operations.
  • Actively participate in CEB SMS by ensuring highest reasonable level of safety performance is achieved by complying with applicable safety and security laws, regulations and standards and by reporting all accidents, incidents and hazards.


Basic Qualifications:



  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering
  • Must have an Aeronautical Engineer license (PRC)
